Quit taking life so seriously and take a minute to admire the cuteness of these little irresistible critters. These guys aren’t like the muddy barn pigs back in Kansas, these guys are friendly, aquatic loving, cuddly little individuals. And believe it or not, there exists on this humble planet a place where humans and wild pigs can frolic on a tropical beach together.

It’s not in the US, but it awfully close! It’s on Big Major Cay island in the Bahamas. Go there!! Everyone may think Atlantis Paradise Island is the coolest place in the Bahamas, but I’m starting to wonder.. these piglets are pretty darn cool.

These piglets are happy and worry free – unlike the stinky ones back at home who are forced to do manual labor around the farm! Many call this place “Pig Island,” but I just simply call it “paradise.”

I’d like to give it the nickname “Heaven.”

The pigs are very enthusiastic about receiving snacks from humans and unlike those dogs we let sleep with us and lick us in the face, piggies don’t bite! They don’t have a mean bone in their body. 😉

It’s pretty much their favorite thing.

In return, though, people are given the unbelievable honor of swimming with them…

And gazing upon their incredible cuteness…

And marveling at their glorious swimming skills (not even my golden retriever can swim this well).

No one knows for sure how the pigs ended up on the island. There’s rumors of shipwrecks, voluntary migrations, and farm escapes.

One thing is 100% decided-upon, though: these little porkers are adorable, and they’re here to stay!

Just look at that little guy swimming with a sting ray! Amazing.

Giving a bird a ride? So generous!

Those little noses are irresistible. I just want to kiss it.

There’s nothing better than this sight.
